Do you think you have the skills required to make a difference for young people living in children's residential units?  SSA is looking for enthusiastic, dedicated staff to meet the often challenging, yet very rewarding needs of children and young people living in children's homes.  Our service is managed by a former children's home manager, so we have high expectations of our staff.

Ideally, we are looking for people who have worked in children's homes before, however if you have experience in a related area and we feel you have the necessary qualities, then we have a residential training programme run by our manager which will furnish you with the knowledge and skills required.
