Residential Support

SSA has a bank of fully trained and vetted residential support workers, who are ready to step in to cover for sickness or annual leave or for any other gaps in the weekly rota.  We offer competitive rates and conscientious and well-trained residential support workers who receive regular supervision and support.  Our residential support service is managed by Rosemarie Hull, who is a former children's home manager and is well aware of the pressures faced by residential children's home managers and their staff.

We will always seek to provide a continuous and consistent level of cover with support workers who fit in with the way you work, not the way they work.
